YIKE!

Oh, you are just *SO* mean! :)

Bad Woof. Bad! Bad! Oh, wait... you like being bad... nevermind...

Hmmm... Nicely done, but yeah, not quite right. I think the "problem" you're having is that you're thinking of DP's paws like regular feet with elongated toes. It should be more of the classic T-Rex kinda foot. Make the pad the foot rests on larger and make the foot from ball to heel longer. Thicker toes wouldn't hurt. Nice radiating spread on the toes though. That's nice. You like them thick knuckles, too.

Gee, so is that from you playing with the beast, on the way to cracking the planet between your grinding bodies? :)

Ow.

*laughs* Yeah, I guess I should have a better grasp on hir anatomy, hmm? :)

I tend to draw paws a bit too narrow, and I think that comes out especially when I try to draw paws like the ones DP has. But you're right, and maybe I should look more toward dinosaur anatomy to find what I'm missing here. I think the knuckles are from looking at Burn Hogarth books too much in my past. The guy is good at what he does, but you can't take his examples too literally, and I made the mistake of studying his work a bit too much.

I'll just consider this a learning step and keep working at it. As always, I do apprecaite the advice.

Nice Pun, Stalker. :D

That's one damn nice first attempt. I'm no pro like Coug'r, but I have to echo his recommendations. If DP is of a Plantigrade style, the "Heel" portion of hir foot/paw would be quite a distance up from the ball.

I first though you were going for a perspective type shortening of that area, but evidently not.

Either way, that is a fantasic rough.
