It would have to be Amanda because Kat would never agree to being changed into a man. Not that Amanda would either, but of the two, she would present less of a fight.
Anyway, while Kat would enjoy that, that's not how it happened. Artificial insemination. Not necessarily cloning per se, but using cells from both Kat and Amanda to fertilize an egg which Amanda then carried to term. Which is why Kali is more visibly similar to Amanda. Being anthro and all.

Originally they decided it was too risky, but, they're hardly the type of people to run from a little risk. and luckily in comic format they get to jump right past all the dirty diapers and crying! Unless we go back to visit her childhood another time.

So, no, she doesn't have any collar or device for Kali. Amanda's height is controlled and regulated by her collar, but, she wouldn't do that to Kali, and so far they haven't had any reason to. Well, aside from this little incident, but... other than that Kali's a good girl so far.

'Pick up your room' implying to 'pick up' the junk off the floor and get everything clean again. But in a literal sense yeah a macro could pick up the whole room, or house even.
