I believe that would be the Micro City, I forget the address but there's enough people who frequent there that getting the landmark should be easy enough.

And as well, that city is micro sized, so you can feel macro, which is what I believe Sapphire would be using. True macros on there can't get that amount of posability unless you build them as statues, not avatars, and an avatar macro is severely animation problematic, thus far in my experience. Still, watching jaws drop since to most people you can't DO that is great fun. :)

How do you make a custom avatar skin? I've seen several for sale in SecondLife, but none of them look the way I want them too. What program do I use to make my character?

A skin is just an alternate pattern for the basic avatar, that you can do on your own by downloading a set of templates and colouring them as you like in any painter program. A more complex alternate avatar, such as a major rehaul for a body type SL can't make work, like more types of furries, takes fabrication of attachments within SL itself. Either way, you're looking at a lot of time if you want a good product that isn't just mass produced.

How do i go about making a sexy macro like that in SL?

Um buy the company and demand that they allow actual macro avatars instead of forceing people to make little cities or use bad overides.
