No. *swat*
Other than that, it's simple physics, really. Breasts are full of tissue, not air, and thus have weight. Even if you suspend reality and draw MASSIVE BOOBS, they'll still look alot better if they settle on the ribcage/building/bridge/whatever in the prooper fashion.
I don't have an acutal drawing chart here, but I can tell you a couple of things to keep in mind:
1 - Breasts do not start at the collarbone/shoulders. They start to form out from just above the armpits, and cleavage at about the mid point between the bottom of the sternum and the collarbone. Compressing the breasts together and up will elongate the cleavage upwards.
2 - Nipples tend to go, well...a bit wall-eyed as the breasts get bigger. It's not as noticeable on small breasts, but on big ones...yeah. Unless they're in a bra or corset. Then they can be made to face forward. This produces a more stiff look, rather than natural, but for certain types of images, it may be what you want.
3 - Breasts are not globes. Ever. Clothing can give the appearance of this, but only in extreme costuming circumstance! Try to remember that it is weighted tissue which obeys Grabbitty.
I think that's all I have to say about em for the moment.
