Here's one I'm seriously needing help with (go figure) the female chest, each time I try it just looks bad =/
Sometimes I wonder why I wake up, then I remember, it's because I'm alive.

one problem i have i would love a little more help with is hands i try to practice them alot but i cant seem to draw them well at all, its the way the fingers are done i have real trouble drawing them in motion and keeping them in proportion :( especially when drawing a clenched fist, the way the fingers bend i cant seem to get the hang of. any help with that would be soo appreciated

*also* i know this is a drawing page but, ive been struggling so much with colouring :( i want to try using some program to colour like flash or photoshop, but i wouldent know where to look. Does anyone know of something like that i can use to colour?

Thanks kindly

Wow, this was a really good idea Chas, if I may ask, how do you tackle extreme angles, such at looking straight up at a person, or straight down?

I've been working on drawing these sorts of things in OC all the time, and I mostly end up fudging it. Which actually works most of the time.

There was a topic similar to this (but not as specific) on Neos' comic's forum, and I jokingly did a comic explaining how to draw. (Not specifically what, just how to draw in general.) I don't want to completely hijack the thread, so I'll just link it.
Tada!
And you have to admit, when boiled down to the basics, that's all art really is.

For some reason, I have a very hard time drawing dynamic tails correctly. sure I could make it look like an ambidextrous tentacle, but I don't draw porn do I? it's probably why I draw my tail all bandaged up and crap while everyone else....well.... draws it GOOD. but I mean like longer tails. thick ones and sometimes even curled ones like for huskies who sometimes have it all coiled up.

This might be a silly question, but when you use those guide lines to draw things, such as the head... how do you remove them when the image is done without erasing parts of the thing you drew?

Probably common knowledge, but as we usually know, everyone has their own style and/or ways of creating something. Some use shapes, some don't etc.

Try out some various ways or styles and find what suits you best and go with it.

Yeah I know, a bit of useless fluff, but hey...came to mind. I mean, I'm practicing with that little mannequin doll. If I don't have it on me I try and visualize it for reference.
