Rogue, is definitely right!

But I can't see leaving simply because of a few annoying voices. Sometimes they have something to say, but almost always in a rude and disappointing manner. Often they say nothing, other then to listen to themselves talk. And sometimes amusing but unnecessarily harsh. I find them easy to ignore even without the feature you mentioned. Which I admit I was unaware of, and it is good to know.

Still, it's also disappointing that good members simply abandon the community here. A community isn't built by giving up and running away.
And I'm not saying to stand and fight, causing long flaming threads. That only fuels the idiotic. Just ignore them, and they mean nothing in the balance. It's so worth staying here, even if there is an annoying noise now and then.

To answer your earlier question, yes, you see quoted text, but I've gotten good at skimming over it without really seeing it.

Banhammer is fully justified, but I still think it was a month or two too late. Apricot was a troll from the getgo, and did nothing to redeem himself.

I'm not sure if what I say these days earns me ire or not. I just post what's on my mind. *shrugs*

Wow. Looking at Apricot's posts (click on his profile and then view-all posts) I don't think I have ever seen a much more obvious Troll.

Banned.

Thank you. Thank you very much. Now there are two left which need a taste of the hammer...

I like how my actual criticisms are always swept under the rug and aren't responded to. I guess people here just secretly don't want an actual discussion. They'd rather have trolling and shouting matches.

I feel like I've been looking at Fox News for all my fetish porn. :(

They're no threat to the forum. Anyone can get obnoxious.

Anyway, I've never familiarized myself with the ignore feature. I read it all and if it is quite rude, I try to let it slide. Think about it. If you drive, and if you let every little rude gesture from another driver get to you, then what do you become?

I like how my actual criticisms are always swept under the rug and aren't responded to.

Personally, I've never truly responded to you(Out of hundreds of your posts I've probably read.) because I always got the feeling that you were already sufficiently satisfied with just your own words.

Don't take what I've said the wrong way, I'm not trying to be cruel.

PHP just isn't articulated enough to differniate here. There might be a mod for it (as in modification to the forum code, not moderator), but it likely would be fooled if someone just used unsigned quote tags or whatnot.

How adorably naive! It's not about the good of the forum, silly, it's about divine restitution for those who are a personal affront to his highness.
