This does not look like a fox at all.

Because the only reason they use shrinking as a plot device is to satisfy your need to wank all over your keyboard.

He's from Hanna-Barbera's "we're the only game in town so were not going to try very hard" years.

Though to be fair, he does look a tad more fox-like in profile.

At least they got Daws Butler, a great voice artist, to voice him.
(Someone commenting on this cartoon on my LJ also mistook Fibber
for a cat.)

And I don't know if HB was exactly the only game in town but they sure
dominated Sat morning TV...at that time at least.

Well at least there was the shot in (non-HB) Microscopic Milton where Douglas
steps on him :) But fortunately Cartoon Physics come into play
(see also: Coyote, Wile E., falling off 400 foot cliff) and is none the
worse for wear. :)

They weren't the only studio, no... but they had shows running on ABC, NBC, and CBS (so they didn't have to worry a whole lot about competition).

It wasn't uncommon for a HB show to be cancelled, only to be replaced by yet another HB show.

Yet another Hanna Barbera let's shrink the cat to mousie size. And Mr.
Jinks actually enjoys it! Hell, I would.

http://www.dailymotion.com/relevance/se ... -jinks_fun

Bill 'n' Joe brought Tom & Jerry to life for MGM, then when they started
their own studio they rehashed the cat and mouse idea:
Jinks with Pixie and Dixie
Punkin Puss and Mushmouse
Motormouse and Autocat etc.

Inch High and a huge cat--and even more immense dog (Braveheart).
He's practially flea sized by comparison.
