It depends on the kind of stress. If it's the "I'm going to die" kind of stress, I just go play video games. If it's the "I'm so mad I'm going to strangle someone" type, I vent through my writing. Stories and stuff, that is.

I gotta agree with that. It kinda feels a bit relieving when i just let out my anger on the stress, screaming and swinging my arms as i do. Still, people will feel sorry for me while i'm actually satisfied as hell xD.

Stress can come from any situation or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry or anxious. Stress is a feeling that is created when we react to events.As including the level of pressure is too great, stress eventually exceeds our ability to cope positively. Stress is not God for our health.

This has some suggestions to relive stress. Be ready to forgive others. Give others the right to make a mistake goes a long way to forgive the errors themselves, exercise is good for relieving stress, take time to relax, write in a stressful situation, Cut, coffee, hot chocolate and soft drinks.
